Team 7: Devonte: Road to the Playoffs

In this game you will be playing as Devonte. You are a 14-year-old kid currently playing on the basktball team for the 8th grade. You have long dreamed of making it to the Championship game and eventually get recruited to play for a good high school team. In this game your goal is to make it to the Championship game while making smart choices along the way. [[Start Game]]

Today starts the first day of the basketball season. You have been waiting for the season to start all year, but your girlfriend, Amarika, insists you have to skip school with her to hangout with her. [[Go to School]] [[Hangout with your Girlfriend]]

You're girlfriend is really mad that you would rather go to school than hangout with her, but you think you made the right choice. [[Attend Class]]

You and Amarika finally got to the mall after ditching school. But, a Mall Cop come up to you to talk. You know if he finds out you skipped school your Mom will kill you, but if you run you could get away from him. He is just a Mall Cop. What do you do? [[Run Away]] [[Talk to the Cop]]

You and Amarika try to run for the front door, but sadly, when you reach the door to leave you turn around to see where your girlfriend is. She didn't run and stayed to talk to the Mall Cop. [[Talk to the Cop]]

The Mall Cop finally walks up to you and asks "Why you two are not at school it's noon." After talking to him for awhile, he finds out you skipped school and made you give him your Mom's phone number. [[Your Mom finds out]]

After talking to Amarika, she wants to either go to the Mall or go back to her house. You know you really do not want to go to the Mall, because that sounds boring. Between classes you run into your friends in the hallway. They ask what are your plans after school. They say they are getting together to hangout to play video games right after school. You and your friends are playing video games, and Tyrone pulls out weed during the game. You know if your caught smoking you won't be allowed on the basketball team, because of school rules, or you could go home and do your homeworks. [[Do It]] [[Go Home]]

Your coach has been noticing you have been doing really good at school, and that you have been working really hard. He puts your name into the Academic All-State race. [[Fastfoward to the end of the Regular Season]]

Your team has been playing really good the rest of the season. You just need to win one more game to make it into the State Tournament. Your friend on the team, Tyrone's, older brother is throwing a party at his house because his parents are going to be away. Tyrone invited you and the basketball team all to the high school party. The next your coach calls you into his office. The school notfied your coach about the incident occurred last night at Tyrone's. He informed you that you broke the athletic code and will not be able to participate on the schools basketball team for the rest of the year. [[Drop out of School]]

During warm-ups everyone is talking, like they usually do, but everyone on the team is avoiding you. You brush it off, again, and just continue on with practice. Until you start to scrimmage the rest of the team, everyone starts throwing elbows at you, they box you out extra hard, and are just pushing you everywhere. And then, Jerome, the scrappiest dude on the team, pushed you out-of-bounds and you have had enough... [[Punch his Bitch Ass]] [[Brush it off]]

You and Jerome get into a fight after you punched him right in the face. The Coach had to come in between you guys and tells you are both benched the last game of the season. The next day school day comes around and your teacher hands out the test. You take a good look at it, and you know every single one.
