A few people get in and out of the elevator on your ride up, all seeming very busy and none seeming too happy and they dash between their law offices, furniture showrooms, and tech companies. Sorry, wrong answer. They're good to have, and can certainly help, but they aren't fundamental. Sadly, there's lots of testers who have terrible attitudes and don't always work well with others, but might be good enough at their jobs that it doesn't matter.
