Up against the eastern wall are two banks of lockers, each one about the size of an icebox. \n\nYou can [[inspect these boxes|inspect-large-boxes]], or keep moving. \n\n[[Go back to the entrance|inside-door]]\n[[Go south|small boxes]]\n[[Go west|large-containers]]
You have landed on top of one of a bank of containers. They are tall enough for a person to stand in, which means that you are about eight feet off the ground. \n\n[[Drop off the side|dropoff]]\n[[Screw this, there's gotta be a ladder or something|office1]]
!SPRINGFIELD STORAGE\n\n!!A loot game by Barbara Kerr\n\n[[Explore the abandoned warehouse|begin]]
You are at the north-east entrance to a warehouse. \n\nTo your left is a door marked TOILET.\n\nTo your right is a bank of large sized lockers. \n\nDirectly in front of you is a bank of medium sized lockers.\n\n[[Go left|toilets]]\n[[Go right|large-boxes]]\n[[Go forward|medium boxes]]
The regular toilet is... not in a good state. You [[duck out quickly|toilets]].
You open the door marked TOILET. There is no urinal, but one regular sized stall and one wheelchair sized stall. \n\n[[Open the regular stall|regulardunny]]\n[[Open the wheelchair stall|wheelydunny]]\n[[Leave the toilets|inside-door]]
(Nothing here yet, [[go back|small boxes]]
You approach the doors. A large, heavy bar crosses them, and behind the bar, three different metal locks. \n\nYou are not equipped for this level of break and enter. You decide to [[walk around the building|windowentry]].
(Nothing here yet, [[go back|office2]])
Flush against the northern wall is a bank of large lockers, big enough to store things like bicycles and gym equipment. \n\n[[Inspect the large lockers|inspect-large-boxes]]\n[[Go east|inside-door]]\n[[Go west|large-containers]]
You are standing at the door of the office, which is open. The office has windows on all sides, so you can clearly see that it's a complete mess. \n\nA large sign demands that ALL VISITORS MUST REPORT TO RECEPTION. Other signs advise that goods will not be held for more than seven days after the last overdue payment, no exceptions, and also that Springfield Storage will co-operate with any demands from the Sheriff's Office in regard to seizing goods in lieu of payment in accordance with the Crimes Act. \n\n[[Enter the office|inoffice]]\n[[Go north|large-containers]]\n[[Go east|small boxes]]
You hop over the containers like a goat, coming to the last one which is located right next to a reception office. \n\nThere's no ladder, but there's some boxes stacked awkwardly in between the office wall and the container. You lower yourself onto them, and leap off as they wobble perilously. \n\n[[Carry on|office2]]
Springfield Storage\nA loot game
(Nothing here yet, [[go back|large-boxes]])
Springfield Storage has been abandoned for years now. City development has diverted traffic away from the industrial estate where it sits like a giant gray toad, and Certain Activities by the owners, a pair of Colourful Racing Identities, caused the warehouse to be seized and locked up. The site doesn't seem to have been claimed by anyone - legal proceedings will keep it tied up for more years yet.\n\nThere's bound to be some cool shit in there, right? \n\n[[Find an entrance|entry1]]
A huge, faded sign on the side of the building advertises "SECURE STORAGE GUARANTEED". Vandals and the elements beg to differ. You could hope that someone's already broken in before you, or you could do a bit of vandalising yourself. \n\nYou are standing in front of the large doors, built for truck entry. \n\n[[Try the doors - you never know!|doorsentry]]\n[[Walk around the building and look for a window|windowentry]]
(Pssst, nothing here yet, [[go back|large-containers]])
You have a look around. There is a car park here, and as you wander up and down the paths, you see a length of metal that was once a ... liner? Decoration? Who knows? \n\nIt is quite heavy, and has a sharp curved bit at the end where it was broken off the thing it was originally part of. You pick it up and take it back to the door. \n\n[[Use tool on door|prydoor]]
You lie on the edge of the container and lower yourself to the ground. There's a little bit more drop than you expected and your feet are definitely tingling, but you haven't broken anything. \n\n[[Look around|large-containers]]
The disabled stall still has a large bin overflowing with paper towels next to the toilet. On the other side, however, is the motherlode - a two foot tall pile of print "men's entertainment". You pick one off the top. \n\n <<print either("HORNY", "SLUTTY", "RANDY", "CUM-GULPING", "COCK-SUCKING", "RUG-MUNCHING", "ASS EATING")>> <<print either("ANAL", "NEXT DOOR", "HIGH SCHOOL", "MILITARY", "ZOOKEEPING", "SPACE AGE", "HAIRY", "SHAVED", "TENTACLE", "FAT", "BUXOM")>> <<print either("MOMS", "TEACHERS", "SLUTS", "BBWS", "SCHOOLGIRLS", "BOYS", "LADS", "BIKERS", "COPS", "BEARS", "FUCKERS", "NURSES")>> \n\nEwwwww. You put it back and [[leave the stall|toilets]].
You manage to touch the bolt, the door pinching your fingers as you do so. The bolt wobbles tantalisingly, and you are able to move it quite a bit. \n\nNot quite enough to make it slip out of the lock, though. \n\n[[Look for a goddamn tool already|tool]]
You are standing in front of a bank of large containers. Some are tightly locked, some have been thrown wide open, yet others have been wedged open but need a bit of a tug.\n\nAlternatively, you could walk around, get your bearings. \n\n[[Inspect the containers|inspect-containers]]\n[[Go south|office2]]\n[[Go north to see what's up there|large-boxes]]\n[[Go east|medium boxes]]\n[[Go south east|small boxes]]
You pull at the door and wedge the length of metal in. Leaning all your weight against it, you push the length toward the wall, causing the door to creak horribly. \n\nSTRENGTH - You cause the door to snap in half. It's still locked, but the top half of the door is missing. You shrug and climb through the hole. \n\nINTELLIGENCE - You remove the metal and reinsert it at a strategic point. In this way, you weaken the door at various points. Eventually, the door is warped enough that you can lean down and crawl through. \n\nAGILITY - your nimble fingers wiggle the lock until you can get a grip on the end and poke it inwards. The door slides open easily and you enter safely. \n\n[[You're in!|inside-door]]\n
You poke your fingers under the door and pull at it as hard as you can. It wobbles, and you can see that the lock is engaged, but is very loose. \n\n[[Try to poke at the bolt|bolt]]\n[[Look around for a tool|tool]]
In the south-eastern corner of the warehouse, there is a bank of small lockboxes, similar to post office boxes. Only a few of these are open. \n\n[[Inspect small boxes|inspect-small-boxes]]\n[[Go north|medium boxes]]\n[[Go west|office2]]
You are wayyyy too old and unfit for tree climbing. You decide to keep looking. \n\nAround the back is a small door marked EMPLOYEES ONLY, which seems exactly what you're looking for. It has a flat deadbolt, but the door itself has warped from weather and age. \n\n[[Try to pull at the door|pull]]\n[[Look around for a tool to pry the door|tool]]

You climb the tree like a monkey, and crawl out to the window. \n\nIt requires a few punches, but you dislodge the window and creak it wide enough for you to squeeze through. \n\nYou get some pretty bad cuts on your hand though. -1 health\n\n[[You're in!|inside-window]]
You walk around the perimeter. There are windows, but they are high up and mostly solidly sealed. \n\nBut huzzah! There is a window which has been shattered by a conveniently located tree branch! You just have to climb the tree!\n\n[[Climb the tree|climb]]\n[[Keep walking - maybe there's a safer way|windowentry2]]
