Within a few minutes almost fifty people gathered around the scene. The Rebels, looking nervously at the growing crowd, backed down from harassing the old woman. Once they left, you asked her if she was alright, and you and your men walked her home.

You and your men approached, and the Rebels' apparent leader whipped around to face you. You asked what was happening, to which he simply replied 'official police business: stay out of it.' Your second-in-command repeated your question, louder. The Rebel captain glanced at you, at him, then realized that you had brought more men than he had. He look a long look at you, then ordered his men to leave. You took the old woman to her home, then headed back to base.
