Actually, they have ALL been spotted by others of wearing socks and sandals together. However, Beckham and Bieber were trashed by hurtful fashion magazines because it was said to be a "fasion faux." (2013) NFL players, on the other hand, have been leaving practice in this attire for years--but it is now becoming a true trend. With that being said, the 2017 Fashion Week for Men was held in Milan, and socks and sandals were all the rage. The true fashion police has prepared the world for what is to come.
