You Never Know What Will Happen

BEEP BEEP BEEP, your alarm clock blares early that morning. You just had a long night of procrastination and cramming a final assignment. You reach over to your phone [[You turn it off and get up]] [[ Press snooze]]

You drag your feet out of bed reluctantly and shuffle to the kitchen wiping your eyes. You grab a clean bowl from the dish washer and go to the pantry, grabbing a box of cereal. You choose [[Lucky Charms]] [[Cinnamon Toast Crunch]]

[[Snooze.]] [[Give me 5 more minutes]]

You grab the box and dump it into the bowl, the cereal over flowing. You make your way to the fridge for the milk. But there isn’t any, you’ve ran out. “Well this is great” you think. You decide to [[Eat the cereal dry]] [[Pour orange juice over the cereal instead]]

You look at the clock hanging on the kitchen wall, you have half an hour to get to class. You shovel your cereal into your mouth. “I can’t be late again!”. You rush to your room, get dressed in [[Sweats]] [[Something trendy]]

You run out of the house, to the bus stop. You really hope it’s not going to be late. You have 20 minutes left to get to class. [[You see the bus down the street]] [[You don’t see any sign of a bus]]

Just on time! You pull out your bus pass as the bus pulls up. You hop on and take your seat next to some old lady who smells like [[Cheese]] [[Fish]] [[Cupcakes]] [[Puppies]]

You start to Panic [["Figures MiWay never shows up on time"]] [["I could have walked to school and got there by the time this bus shows up"]] [["MiWay will be the death of me"]] [["MiWay why don't you come my way!"]] [["I should have pressed snooze"]]

You open your bag to pull out your head phones, but then you realize something. Your paper you crammed in last night isn’t in your bag. You forgot it. [[You start to Panic]] [[Get frustrated]] [[Feel like giving up]] [[Stay calm]]

You luckily remembered your laptop. You decide you’ll go to the UTM library to print it quickly before your class. [[You’re in luck.]]

The bus pulls up to the campus, 5 minutes remaining till class starts. [[Run off the bus]]

[[Sprint to the library]]

[[Pull out your student card]]

[[Log onto a computer]]

[[Open the word document]]

[[Print the document]]

[[Grab the document]]

[[Gather your things]]

[[Dart to class]]

[[You're almost there]]

Maybe your prof will understand and won't deduct any late marks. It'll only be a couple of minutes late in class. "They have to understand", you think to yourself. [[There's hope.]]

The MiWay bus drives by you without stopping. Your jaw drops [[You start to laugh hysterically]] [[You start to scream]] [[You sit fown on the sidewalk and start to cry]] [[You crumple up your assingment and whip it at the street]]

"I should have pressed snooze!" You give up and walk back home Ending 2/4 [[The Beginning]]

[[Hits snooze]]

[[Snooze again]]

[[Snooze]]

[[Turns off alarm]]

[[Throws phone off the nightstand]]

You fall back asleep. -10% for you Ending 3/4 [[The Beginning]]

5 more minutes turn into [[Another 5 minutes]] [[Another 10 Minutes]] [[Another 15 minutes]]

No time to think of what you're going to wear, you got to go. [[You throw on a pair of sweats]]

No time for Fashion [[You throw on some clean sweats from your drawer]]

You're too late to get dressed [[Waste 2 minutes and change into dirty sweats]] [[Go to school in your pajamas]]

You grab your bag, walk into the kitchen and grab a gronola bar. How will I make it to school? [[Uber]] [[MiWay Buses]]

[[You call an Uber]]

Who are you kidding! They're always late. [[You call an Uber]]

"Your Uber is 2 minutes away" [[You grab your bag and wait outside]]

How will I make it to school? [[Uber]]

Your Uber pulls up and you hope into the car. [["Morning, to UTM please"]] [["Drive like your life depended on it"]] [[" I'm so screwed"]]

You Uber starts to drive and gets you there in 10 minutes. "Bless you sir" You say ecstatic and hope out of the car and drops you outside of IB. [["No late penalty for me"]]

You stride to the doors, feeling proud you made it. Whoever said hitting the snooze button was a bad idea was lying. You got some extra sleep and had no choice by to wear comfy clothes. But then [[You.]]

[[See.]]

[[It.]]

[[Geese.]]

You freeze. They look angry as they gaurd the doors to IB. No way you're getting through those doors without a fight. [[You step closer to see if they'll move]]

[[The geese hiss when you come closer]]

[[You back up]]

[[The geese come closer]]

[[You freeze backed up against the wall]]

The Geese hisses again, snatches your final paper out of your and flys off. [["My paper!" You scream]]

You're left without a paper. You have 1 minute left till class starts. [[You walk into class]]

How the hell am I going to exlpain this! [[You go tell your Prof what happened]]

Your prof laughs while thinking you're joking. "Don't worry hand it in the next class when it's actually do" she says. [[Your jaw drops]]

All this hassle because you got the dates mixed up! Pay attention next time! Ending 4/4 [[The Beginning]]
