“Let’s go hunting!” you say to Ruby and Ferb.\n“Ok!” Ruby says.\nVroom. A car pulls up and a tall man jumps out. He is wearing camo shorts and a T-shirt with a gun on it.\n“Come on peoples let's go watch some animals die!” the man suddenly says.\n“Ok?” you say as you hop in the car.\nYou are off to the deadly area of Africa. Boom! Suddenly a giraffe runs in front of your car with a strong female lion chasing after it. Ruby’s eyes get bigger and she holds her tummy. The lion had caught the giraffe. \n“Oh no, Ruby,” you say. \nRuby had gotten sick and had to go back to the tent.\n\n DEAD END
You are on your way to the airport. \n“We are here!” the driver says to you.\nRuby and Ferb jump out of the taxi first and then you do. Ferb comes running up to the taxi with a cart to hold all your luggage. You have decided to take an airplane. Ferb strolls the cart up to a check in desk to put the luggage under the plane and to get the boarding passes for Qatar Airways.\n“Let's go to McDonald's to have cheeseburgers before getting on the airplane home,” you say.\nWhen you are at McDonald’s a voice in the loud speaker says “Sorry, the plane to Muscat is cancelled due to a deadly crash in the Arabian Sea.”\n\nDEAD END\n
“Wow look at the sparkling Arabian Sea,” Ruby says.\n“I love it up here,” you say.\n“Look I can see my golden house,” Ferb says.\nEverybody's smiles widen. You have successfully finished your first safari. \n“Three,Two,One….Touch Down!” \nYou have touched down in the مطار مسقط الدولي, Muscat International Airport.\nYour mom comes up to you and gives you a great big hug. You feel proud, yes you do.\n\nThe End
“Let's go to a hotel!” \nYou decide that you and your friends were going to stay at a hotel. It is 8:30pm and you have a safari tomorrow.\n“Let’s go to bed” you yawn. \n\nBeeeeep! Your alarm goes off but you just hit it and it turns off. Suddenly you wake up to find it is 10:00 and you have missed your safari. ‘I can't do anything about it. “We have missed it” you think. \n\n DEAD END
‘This is the best day ever,’ you think. You are going to Cape Town, Africa on a safari. Your friends meet you at 1:00 at your house to decide how to get to your destination. When your friends showed up, your eyes brightened, your smile widened and your teeth shone. Ruby wants to take an airplane. She is your best friend who is very smart. She has long blond hair and wears only pink and gold, both of her favorite colors. Ferb wants to take a boat. He is also one of your best friends but he is kind of WONKY. He does not make great choices, but he is very stylish and cares mostly about his clothes. He wears silver and gold, they are both real and if they get dirty… AAAAHHHH, you better run!\n\nIt is up to you to decide what you should take. You don't know what transportation to take, airplane or boat? You don't want to hurt your friend’s feelings. If you hurt Ruby's feelings she will turn into an angry lion. ‘Where am I? What would be the most efficient?’ you think. You are in Muscat, Oman and you need to get to Cape Town, Africa. Would you take an airplane or a boat?\n\n\n[[Airplane]]\n OR\n[[Boat]]\n\n[img[Drawing]]\n\n

“Hurry up the plane is leaving in 10 minutes and we need to get to our gate to board!” you yell to Ruby and Ferb. When you arrive at the gate to board you look out the window at the airplane.\n\n“Woww it is so big,” you say.\n\n“I know! It looks so small like an ant,” Ferb replies.\n“Oh Ferb, you always get things the wrong way around.”\n“The plane will now board,” a voice calls out of the speaker. \nYou line up and board the plane. \n\n“Look at that city!” squeals Ruby.\n“That’s where we are going!” you say. \nEveryone's smile widens and squeals every time they talk.\n“Hey Ruby, Ferb where do you want to stay when we land?” \n“I want to stay in a fancy hotel,” Ferb says dramatically.\n“No! I want to stay at a rent a house,” Ruby shouts. \n“How about we stay in a tent in the wild?” you suggest.\n“Ok,” Ruby says.\n“No! Hotel,” Ferb wines.\n“You know I think you should choose,” Ruby says.\n“Me?” Ferb says shocked.\n“No, the person that is taking us on this trip,” Ruby says annoyed.\n\n\n[[Hotel]]\n Or\n[[Tent]]
“Let’s go to watch animals graze!” you say to Ruby and Ferb. You decided to go watch animals graze in the pride lands.\n“What are we going to see?” you ask the driver who is going to take you on a tour. The driver had a peace shirt on with long hair. He was calm a did ownley speak quietly when he needed to.\n“It is a mystery,” he whispers back to you.\n“I have looked up Cape Town pride lands and we are likely to see mostly all animals you find on a safari,” Ruby says proudly.\n“We are going on a safari, in the pride lands of Cape Town we are going on a safari yes we are!” Ruby and Ferb sing.\nSuddenly a leopard jumps out of a tree and goes to sleep in another. \n“WOW!” everybody says together. \nOne after another you see rhinos, lions, zebras, cheetahs, monkeys and more. Finally you and your friends arrive back at the tent.\n“Tomorrow to get home do you want to take an airplane or a helicopter?” you ask Ruby and Ferb.\n\n[[Airplane.]]\n Or\n[[Helicopter]]\n
“Let's go!” you call out to Ruby and Ferb. The boat was waiting at the dock. The boat was a tall ship, it looked like a pirate ship.\n\n“What, why does it look like a pirate ship?” you ask Ruby.\n\n“I researched last night and I found out that it is because there are lots of pirates near the coast of Africa so the boat needs to look like a pirate ship to scare other pirates off,” Ruby answers. \n\n“Let's go!” \n\nYou are along the coast of Africa when Ferb spots a big ship. \n\n“Pirate!!!!” Ferb calls out.\n\nIt is too late! There is a big hole in the ship and water is soaking your shoes.\n\n\n Dead End
“Let’s stay in a tent!”\nYou decide you and your friend are going to stay in a tent. It is 8:30 when a giraffe's head comes in through the window of your tent. \n“Ahhhhhhh,” Ferb screams, “It is going to eat my pants!”\n“Well it is time to wake up and have breakfast,” you say.\n“What do you eat for breakfast out here?” Ferb asks.\n“According to my research we are going to be eating Cape Malay curry,” Ruby says.\n“What is that?” Ferb says grossy.\n“It was made in the 17th century, when the Dutch and French landed and settled in Cape Town, bringing slaves from Indonesia, India and Malaysia, along with their spices and traditional cooking ways. When combined with local produce, the spices such as cinnamon, saffron, turmeric and chilli created curries and stews, which are still popular in the area today,” Ruby says smartly. \n\nNom Nom Nom. You are chewing down your curry when your tour guide comes and asks you, would you like to go watch animals hunting or grazing? \n\n\n\n\n[[Hunting]]\n or\n[[Grazing]]
