"Noctus..." "Noctus..." "NOCTUS! WAKE UP!" [[Wake up|Quarters]]You are standing in your slave quarters. Those stupid scums enslaved you when you were 6. They never knew. I suppose you want to explore the grounds, but you have work to do. You can go to your post, or if you are feeling devious and want to break the rules, you can sneak to the gladiator match and watch the newest gladiator get crushed by Snyvilka, the arena tiger. Then again, you can get caught, and you would be switched by Pontius, the court judge. Your choice. [[Go to arena|Arena]] [[Go to the mill|Mill]] You arive at the arena, just in time watch the beginning of the match. You can't get in, but at least there is a secret path created by a fellow slave. Only slaves know this location, and it's guarded by the doorkeeper, who will only open the door if the attendee knows the password. Thankfully, you are a trusted member and already know the password. You are snuck to the top of the stadium and placed in a hidden area, which allows slaves to look down at the stadium, without being seen. The gladiator strides onto the arena, for a response of boos and jeers. He's known as one of the worst. The main attraction, Snyvilka leaps from the top of the cage onto the Arena, to a response of cheering and a standing ovation. The gladiator leaps into the air, yelling as his sword plunges into the dirt. Snyvilka is already out of the way, and has already pounced on the gladitor. In a flash, the battle is over. Just then, you are spun around. Pontius. [[Continue|Whipping Quarters]]At the mill, you see Pontius, whipping a poor, unfortunate slave that has gotten out of line. Pontius is a cold man, only having a warm heart at parties, or around the master and mistress of the house, Calthior and Diana, who had a personality just like Pontius. Legend says that he was the exact man that had crucified the pariah Jesus, King of the Jews, But had retired to slave-keeping. You should probably talk to him, to be let on to your shift. However, being the devious slave that you are, you can sneak away to the arena or to your quarters if you like. [[Sneak to Arena|Caught]] [[Sneak to Quarters|Caught]] [[Go to Shift|Talk to Pontius]]As you tiptoe away, you are grabbed by your neck and dragged away from the direction you were headed. Pontius must have seen you then. You are spun around. You see the aged, cold-hearted Pontius. He is wearing his red robes. A bad sign. He must be heading to the arena. If you go there, he would see you, and you would get double switches. "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING, SLAVE?!" shouts Pontius. [[I was heading to the arena.|Angry]] [[I was heading to my quarters.|Angry]] [[I was about to check in.|Suspicious]]"What have you come for, slave?" [[I would like to check in.|Bad Ending]]"YOU WHAT?!" [[Continue|Whipping Quarters]]"Hm. Alright then." [[Next|Talk to Pontius]]"Very well then. Please find your station. Perhaps you are the first one to be actully accepting the job. Do know then, I know your secret." He knew. He knew. No. BAD ENDING [[Continue|The beginning of the story]]You are slammed onto the brick wall. "HOW DARE YOU, YOU UNSUFFERABLE CHILD!" You feel a sharp pain on your face. "YOU DARE DEFY YOUR DUTY?! INCONCEIVEABLE!" You lose all of your breath in an instant. You are beginning to feel a surge of power. "I WILL THROW DOWN THE ENDLESS PITS OF THE TARTARUS! HADES SHALL ANSWER MY PRAYERS!!" You have lost it. You notice your body is beginning to glow. Pontius notices too, and stops. It's too late by then. [[Continue|The Call of Zeus]]"Soctavites..." says a low, booming voice. You are in a plain of white. You see a robed figure, boasting pure, white hair and golden bracelets. No... It couldn't be... "Welcome home, son."
