As you travel over lush grassland, the sky darkens, and clouds slowly roll in. \n\nThe sky darkens more and more as you close in on the Cave. \n\nThe grass around you turns brown, like the life is being sucked away. This entire journey? Did I come along for a little fun? For a nice break from reality? Or do I truly love this dead woman in my arms? What's her name? I can't even remember. What caused problems between us? Was it my drinking? I can't remember where we met. Was it at the bar? Maybe I should've taken that drink. Maybe that would've reminded me of how we met. I don't know!\n\nYou hold your wife close and let out a groan.\n\nYou sob, and your eyes peer at the book on the pedastal. \n\nMaybe I can make things right. Maybe I can go back and tell her the truth. Maybe everything will be fine if I do that... But would she stay if I didn't love her? Do I want her to stay?\n\nYou peer at Lovendale.\n\nOr maybe I can meet her on the other side. Maybe we can start a brand new life together. Or maybe it'll just be dark. Maybe it'll just be The End. \n\nMaybe I don't deserve a second chance. \n\n[[Read the Book|Start]]\n[[Stab yourself with Lovendale|Finale22]]
