Little Red Riding Hood

You wake up in your mother's house ready for another day of exciting adventure and traveling through the forest around your house, "Morning Mom" said Red, getting her bearings together. "Morning Red, do you want to [[eat some breakfast]] or just [[hit the road right away]]?"

While waiting for breakfast, Mom turns to Red says "If you intend on heading to Grandma's today, be mindful of dangerous wildlife on your way there as has been an increase in wild animal attacks recently". Upon hearing this, Red considers grabbing [[something to defend her]] or just [[being extra mindful while traveling]]

"I want to get an early start today to make sure I get as much traveling in as possible!" Red says as she gets on her red hood and heads for the door. "Don't forget to eat during the day Red!" her mom says throwing a basket of food to Red as she [[leaves for the day]]. "Make sure you are home for dinner!" Red's mom says right before the door closes

"Thanks for the heads up, mom" Red says grabbing a knife and sheathing it into her side pouch. After grabbing the knife, finishing her breakfast and grabbing her red hood, Red [[heads out into the forest]] to see what the day brings her

"Thanks for the heads-up mom, but I think I'll be alright, I'll make sure to walk fast and directly to Grandma's if I end up going there" she says while eating her breakfast. After finishing her food, she grabs her red hood and the basket of food for the day. While heading out, Red's mom calls out "Make sure you are home for dinner!" as Red [[leaves for the day]]

Upon walking out of the house, Red takes in the winter atmosphere as she gazes upon the snow-covered trees and begins down the forest paths. Upon reaching a familiar fork in the paths, Red must determine is she wants to go to [[Grandma's house]] or [[venture into unfamiliar territory]].

Armed and ready, Red starts down the winter ridden path, with the path and all the trees covered in snow. Cautious and ready, Red continues down the main path where she reaches a fork in the road. Knowing about the increase in danger toward Grandma's house, she must decide if she [[wants to risk running into something]] or take the potentially safer option of [[looking for something new->venture into unfamiliar territory]]

Venturing down a familiar road, Red makes a good pace toward her Grandma's house. At her current pace, she intends to be there by about midday, just in time for 'Grandma's famous booyah'. While heading down the path, Red can start to hear growling in the immediate area around her. Starting to become cautious, she must decide if she wants to [[play it safe]] and turn back or [[try to run past the noise]]

Starting down a new path, there are a lot of new sights to see. Various branching paths leading all over and an occasional cabin here and there, and every now and again, she would see some people enjoying the winter scenery. Since Red is not used to talking to strangers out in the path, she usually doesn't initiate conversation with people, but something seems different about these people. Red considers [[talking with someone]] or just [[continuing along the path]]

Not wanting to risk it, Red decides to not head to Grandma's house today, and instead [[venture into unfamiliar territory]], just to play it safe

Determined to get to Grandma's house, Red picks up the pace and breaks into a full sprint down the path, not wanting to meet what is making that horrible noise. Unfortunately for Red, in her hurried panic, she didn't see a tree root sticking out of the ground, barely visible through the snow. As a result, the wolf ended up catching up to Red and dragging her into the woods, not to be found until it is already too late. [[Play again from this morning]]

Wanting to meet some new people, Red starts up a conversation with a nice-looking man along the path. "Hey! I'm Red! Who are you?" she said filled with excitement. "Hey Red, the name is Charles, what brings you out to this neck of the woods". "I'm just out here adventuring and seeing what this area of the woods has to offer, what brings you out here today?" "I'm actually on my way to my friend Rose's house, but I'm a bit lost, can you help me by chance?" Knowing that your mom's name is Rose, but not knowing if this guy can be trusted, she must decide to either [[help the man]] or [[keep heading down the path]]

Deciding that talking to people wasn't something Red felt like doing, she continued along to see what else the woods had to offer. After passing endless trees, branching path and cabins, Red finally passes something that really catches her eye, there is a path along the tree line that looks like designed to be hidden away. Taking a step closer and looking in, it appears as though it could provide for something new, but it's away from the main path so she isn't sure if she should [[trust it]] or [[not]]

Keeping one eye on her surroundings, Red heads toward her Grandma's house, excited for some of 'Grandma's famous booyah'. While heading down the path, Red starts to hear some growling from the woods. More prepared, she pulls out her knife and keeps going. While continuing along, Red must determine if she is [[ready for what might come out]] or if she should just [[venture elsewhere->venture into unfamiliar territory]]

Keeping one eye on the woods, Reds keeps going along. Suddenly, a wolf jumps out of the brush and attacks Red. With a quick slash, Red manages to hit the wolf, causing it to whimper, but it still has fight left. The wolf comes in for another strike and Red must dodge to avoid him to get another counter attack in. [[Dodge left]] [[Dodge right]]

Making a quick move to her left, Red dodges the wolf's attack and lands a killing blow to its side. After killing the wolf, she slings it over her shoulder to later make a rug or coat out of it and [[heads to Grandma's]]

Making a quick move to the right, she hits a root sticking out of the path, stumbles and loses her knife. Defenseless, the wolf has no trouble finishing Red off and dragging her into the wood. By the time she is found, it is too late. [[Play again from this morning]]

With her new trophy in hand, Red finally makes it to Grandma's house. "Grandma Grandma! Look what I got!" showing off her kill. "Wow Red! That's a nice wolf you got there! Good thing too because he has been terrorizing this area for a while. After we have some booyah, I'll help you turn that into a nice coat". So, they both sat down and enjoyed a nice bowl of booyah on the crispy winter day and talked about life. After words, they spent a good part of the rest of the day skinning the wolf and turning it into a very nice coat. they didn't forget about her regular hood though, they integrated it into the wolf coat so Red could still have her favorite red hood with her. After finishing with the coat, it was time for Red to head home. So, she said goodbye to Grandma and made her way home. After getting home, Red told her mom all about her adventures today and was all too happy to show off her new coat. [[Play again from this morning]]

"Yeah, I can help, that's my mom!" Red said with joy in her voice. Red then led Charles back to her house, getting to know him along the way. Upon arriving back at home, Red's mom was filled with joy when she saw Charles. "Charles, is that you?! It's been such a long time!" running up to him and giving him a hug. "Haha, I've missed you too Rose". After the joyous reunion of old friends, the three of them sat down and had a nice dinner together, Rose made her famous 5 spice chili. The rest of the night was filled with stories of Charles and Rose's days of her youth, and Red was all too happy to hear them. [[Play again from this morning]]

"Sorry, I don't know a Rose, but good luck on your journey!" Red said to Charles as she [[continued along the path->continuing along the path]]

Really wanting to quench her thirst for adventure, Red starts down the hidden path. After spending some time down the path, she reaches a cliff that looks out over a seemingly endless landscape. On the edge of the cliff is what appears to be a slanted tombstone with a picture of a rose on it. Lying beside the tombstone is a red box with the words 'Crescent Rose' inscribed into it. Not knowing what it is, Red picks it up and brings it back home. Arriving home in time for dinner, "Mom! I found this while adventuring around today! Do you know what this is?" Looking up from the dinner she is working on, she drops everything and covers her mouth with a gasp, "Where did you find that?!" she says running over and taking it form Red. After explaining where she found it, her mom responded with, "I haven't seen this in years! I've missed it so much, and now that I have it, I'm willing to tell you about my previous life of when I was an active Huntress" she says with visible excitement in her silver eyes. Deciding not to walk down the shady path, Red decides that after a long day of walking that it's time to just head back home for dinner. "Hi Mom! I'm home!" Red exclaimed walking in, ready for some amazing chili. "Hey Red! How was your day? Did you see anything interesting?" her mom responded, getting the table ready. "Eh, not a whole lot, I walked down a new path today though! I saw some new cabins, walked past some interesting looking people and say a shady looking path, but I didn't trust it". "That sound plenty exciting!" her mom said in response, "not every day needs to be some crazy adventure, just enjoying the winter weather and just seeing some new things can be enough". After that, Red and her mom spend the rest of the night just hanging out, wondering what adventures tomorrow will bring. [[Play again from this morning]]
