<img src=https://i.postimg.cc/kGfxCCMB/woman-exercising.png> To live to 100 you have to eat right, rest up, floss your teeth, be social hit the gym and mainly beat stress it might be hard but it never hurt to try. and last stop smoking and limit drinking. one day my mom was rushed to the hospital and she had problems with her health and kidney so she was their for a while and the doctor told her that she should start eating right and etc. to live longer and stay healthy my mom have to stay off greasy food eat healthy exercise and stay up lift. stay away from negative energy and be happy walk alot find a life purpose. take step by step and it will lead you along the way. the outcome is for [[her to eat vegetables, eat fruit,and eat fiber]] or [[drink soda, or eat chips, or donuts.]] <img src= https://i.postimg.cc/v8qgG3Lg/Anthropomorphic-Fruits-And-Vegetables.png> if she eat vegetables, eat fruit, and eat fiber she will be great. she most likely will be on track and won't have to worry about going back and forth to the hospital so therefore [[she should eat those items]] or [[atleast go for a jog every now and then 3 times out of the week]].<img src= https://i.postimg.cc/brWwkV3m/food.png> if she drink soda, or eat chips, or donuts she most likely will not be on track. she will be back in the hosptial not doing good. so i will prefer her to not eat or drink these items. its to much sugar in all items and its not good for her if she want to stay healthy and try to live to [[100]].<img src=https://i.postimg.cc/qRRrQfDp/classy-ideas-healthy-food-clipart-snack-junk-diet-clip-art-png-d.jpg> i believe she should eat these items because for one she cant eat alot of greasy food at all. because of her kidney so i prefer her to eat fiber, and vegetables, fruit.
