All of this looked good when it was prepared and cooked in the kitchen. It even seemed okay this morning when getting spooned out from glass containers into the usual bento box. But now it looks harmful, rotten. \n\n[[No|Drink]]
Refill the water bottle again and drink it every time there's a stomach rumble. Get light-headed and drink some more. Water slides down easily, harmlessly. Eventually the stomach feelings go away and the throat relaxes and the panic of maybe having to chew and swallow and...eat...passes.
