You are a scientist. You have studied the art of engineering for decades, and your craftmanship is superb. After years of study there is almost nothing you can't create with your two hands and a little bit of wiring. Your only limitation, is your mind.
[[Next.|next]]You sit at your desk, pencil in hand, and you get the urge to create. You start the same way you always would, by thinking about who your creation is meant to help.
[[Myself.|myself]]
[[The World.|world]]
[[No one.|no one]]You have created things for a countless period of time, always trying to help others, yet no one has ever thanked you for your work. Tired of trying to help everyone all the time, you decide it is time to do something for yourself. Your desk contains countless inventions that could change your life, and your brain contains ideas for even more. What should you work on?
[[Invincibility Ring.|ring3]]
[[Enlarging Ray.|ray2]]
You have always wanted to help the world, you just have never been sure how. You’ve created countless of things, but none have been up to the standard of helpfulness that you wanted. You sit here now with a few old projects in front of you, and a few in your head, prepared to create your greatest work yet. What should you create?
[[Invincibility Ring.|ring2]]
[[Enlarging Ray.|ray1]]
[[Nothing.|no one]]
Years of doing nothing but working and creating has lead you to become apathetic. Once you thought you could help everyone, change the world for the better, but now you’re not sure why you continue to toil away with your machines. But your boredom and physical need to create has lead you here, so you think you might as well try.
[[Try to find an old project.|Ring1]]
[[Do nothing.|nothing]]You shuffle through some old papers that sit at the bottom of your desk. Drawings from your school days, notes written on napkins, and vague drawings litter your drawer. You come across a folder titled “Invincibility Ring.” Inside are printed out forum posts talking about a ring that gives the wearer invincibility, which nullifies the aging process and all sickness. Behind these ludicrous forum posts from an obvious troll, are your half-finished diagrams for such a ring.
[[Finish the Invincibility Ring.|Finish Ring 1]]
[[Still not intrested, you do Nothing.|nothing]]You sit at your desk, tired. Nothing seems to matter anymore, not even creating, the things that has kept you going for so long. You continue sitting at your desk, staring at your tools, until you fade into nothingnes..
Fin. Click to [[Restart|Start]] You sit back and admire your work. You did it, and all it took was a bit of titanium and a bit of luck. You slip your ring on, and turn on the blow torch sitting next to you. You Stick your hand in the fire, engulfing it in flames. You switch the torch off, and your hand is fine, if anything it looks better than before. Your mind begins to wander, realizing what you have created, and how one may misuse such power. You also think about how good this could be for the world, the lives you could save, the families you could keep in tack.
[[Announce your creation, the good in humanity will triumph.|announcering1]]
[[Destroy the ring and all evidence of it, no good will outweigh the evil possible.|destroyring1]]
[[Don the ring yourself.|evilring]]
You like to see the good in people and think that good will triumph over evil every time. You decide its best to prepare an announcement to the world, at which point you’ll mass produce them, so the entire world can be happy. No more sickness, broken bones, death. None of the pain of having a family member ripped from you from sickness. Yes, you know this is the right thing to do. You grab the folder you have all the design documents in, grab the ring, and run out the door, rehearsing what you will say during your announcement speech.
Fin. Click to [[Restart|Start]] What you’ve created could be one of the most powerful artifacts in human history. A ring that could allow a single person to face an entire army. No one could stop the wearer, and it must be destroyed. Which is where the problems come up. Not only can the ring’s wearer not be destroyed, neither can the ring itself. So, you do the only thing you can think of to keep the ring, and humanity, safe. You destroy all evidence of the ring, all evidence of yourself for that matter. All your documents, all your tools, caught in a flame set off by you. And you decide to leave, ring in tow, in search of the most remote place you can. There is no telling where your search will take you, or when it will end, but it is for certain. This ring would be the last thing you ever create.
Fin. Click to [[Restart|Start]] You sit back and look at the ring and your recently hairless hand, and you put the ring back on. I mean, if you were powerful enough to create it, you deserve to be the most powerful being in the world. You turn the blowtorch on and torch any evidence of it, and decide to torch the rest of the building just for fun. You head out into the night, unable to be stopped. You’ve been working in the shadows making the world better for too long. It’s time for you to get your piece of the pie. No matter what that means for everyone else.

[[Make something else.|world]]You think back to old sci-fi films for ideas, as you do most of the time when working. You think back on shrink rays and enlarging rays and think an enlarging ray may be a great thing to create. The power to create infinite food, the need to only create model skyscrapers, the only limit is the size of the world.
