It's a sparkly mini-skirted number in a shade of purple that matches your hair. The oversized bow on the back is rather uncomfortable and seems to get larger and more ridiculous with each new transformation you get. You almost wish you could get away with downgrading again, but you know you'd never hear the end of it at school.\n\n<<back>>
It's mostly a stand-off between the girl and the woman, neither wanting to advance too far. The girl is at a disadvantage in these shelves, since she gets very little space to maneuver. Still they take the occasional swing at each other, and after a couple of minutes, the woman gets a lucky hit and and lands a good gash on the girl.\n\n"Aaahh, fuck!"\n\n"Woof woof woof!" the strange dog responds, getting everyone's attention.\n\nThe girl takes the opportunity to back away. "Someone read that fucking note!"\n\n<<if $note eq "yes">>"I don't think this is going to help," you say, looking at the piece of paper.\n\n"Let me see that," Glenda says as she looks at it. "This just might work. You should do it."<<else>>Glenda picks up what the dog dropped and reads the note. "Interesting. Daisy pulls out two dice and throws them at the ground in front of the criminal. "Snake eyes!" she shouts as an ethereal cobra rises from them. You raise your wand, and with a "Sparkling Joyful Expanse!" a rainbow colored beam shoots from it. Your timing is perfect, and it connects with the masked woman at the same instant as Daisy's snake. They both pass through her harmlessly and blast a large hole in the wall.\n\n"W-what?" You say in shock.\n\n"But we totally hit her!" Daisy says.\n\nThe woman laughs again, and you look around. You finally notice that the shelving behind her is damaged, as if by another magical attack. You now know why the clerk is so scared.\n\n"Thanks for the exit, twerps. Now you," she says, turning to Yorokonde, "I said empty the drawer."\n\n"I don't think so," comes an unfamiliar voice from behind. You turn around to see a black-haired girl in a sweatshirt. Her legs are covered in this weird blue item that's sort of like long shorts, or loose but stiff leggings. With no makeup, jewelry, or frills of any kind, she's one of the strangest-looking girls you've ever seen. "Leave or I use this!" she shouts, raising a baseball bat.\n\nThe woman responds by walking toward this strange girl. As they prepare to fight, you feel something cold and wet rub against your arm. You take a good look a the situation, and you see that the shelving behind the masked woman appears to have been recently damaged by a magic attack. You know why the clerk is so scared. "Hold on. I think--"\n\nWhile it seems that you grabbed Glenda's attention, Warrior isn't waiting for anything. "Lovely Slash!" she shouts as she slashes the air, shooting a crecent wave through the masked woman and into the wall. The woman is entirely unaffected.\n\nThe other two girls stare, stunned. "But I--I hit her!" Warrior exclaims.\n\n"I know," you reply, gritting your teeth. The rumors were right. But what can you do about it?\n\nThe woman chuckles and turns back to the clerk. The two rush at the woman and take her down instantly.\n\n"Quick, follow me!" the mysterious girl says, and your friends follow. You hesitate, and when you finally try to follow, you find that you lost them. You try searching the city, but they're nowhere to be found.\n\nThey never explain what the deal with all that was, and you never get to find out about all the cool stuff you're sure they've been doing since. Smoke rises from the spot on the wall you hit.\n\n"Sparkling Joyful Expanse!" As Hermes once more leaps out of the way, you hear the screen of your TV shatter.\n\n"SPARKLE PRINCESS MAGGIE!!!" Instead, there is just a sudden onset of what you can only describe as heaviness. You look down to find yourself wearing a t-shirt and those same weird leg things as the other girl. She and the woman fighting don't seem to have noticed.\n\n<<if $skim eq "yes">>"What the fuck?" you say.\n\nThe other two girls turn and are startled. "Who are you?" Warrior asks.\n\n"I'm Margaret Johnson!" You pause, realizing what just came out of your mouth automatically. Arresting Beauty leaves to rejoin the officers. You girls make your way toward the back entrance. You hear Arresting Beauty through a megaphone asking exactly what sort of helicopter would be sufficient. You figure that's probably the distraction, and the group of you manage to quietly make it into the building. You see three women tied up near the counter, and the woman is at the door yelling back at Arresting Beauty.\n\n[[Rush her.|rush]]\n[[Sneak in and find hiding spots.|hide]]
"Fine. I'll do it." She raises the bottle in the air, and with a "Return to normal," she's instantly in a leather jacket and those weird leg things. "Eat this, bitch!" You hesitate for a moment, and when you finally try to follow, you find that you lost them.
